Tonic Blue in collaboration with Warren Justine are back with a new album that's all about the power of perseverance. "Imizamo," which translates to "efforts," is a soulful reflection of the highs and lows the South African artist has faced on their journey.

With this album Tonic Blue hopes that it will change people’s lives.

"I wanted this album to be a reflection of all the hard work, rejection, and growth that shaped who I am today," says Tonic Blue

This sentiment is woven throughout the album, with each track telling a story of perseverance and hope, as he hopes that this album changes people’s lives.

In an exclusive interview with the Mondays Blue says that “Imizamo” isn’t just music but a testament, as he thinks that the fans will connect with the album, but not just the album only but each track in the album.

The creation of the album doesn’t just bring vibe nor fun feels but as a comfort for the fans, Blue describes the albums as hope to those who aren’t seen or appreciated.“This album speaks to that, but it also gives hope. It says “keep pushing, your time will come”, says Blue. In creation of “Imizamo” Blue shared that the album is clear departure from his previous work. “I want to challenge myself creatively and explore deeper, more emotional layers of sound,” He says that the majority of the sound and style on this album is spiritual, the collaboration with Warren Justin has been a highlight, with the pair pushing each other to create something truly special.

To others creating an album is very draining, let alone a mere single track, but Tonic Blue finds creating songs fun, the artist says that the album's creation process was therapeutic, with each song born out of emotions and experiences.  "Most of the songs started as emotions. I'd sit down, play chords that matched how I felt, and build from there," he says The biggest challenge was staying true to their vision, but the end result is well worth it.  "The highlight was hearing the final mix and realizing, 'this is our story and it's finally ready to be heard.'"

Blue is in plans for a global tour, he is not only serving his fans with good music but with real attention as he is also planning live performances, the live shows promise to be an immersive experience, with visuals and performances that brings the music to life.  "We’re planning a Global Album tour, bringing IMIZAMO to different cities and giving people a full experience and not just a set, but a story told through sound," Tonic Blue reveals. As "Imizamo" makes its mark on the music scene, Tonic Blue remains focused on the future.

"Right now, I’m focused on giving IMIZAMO the attention it deserves; visuals, performances, and connecting with fans. But there are definitely more collaborations coming. The goal is to grow, stay humble, and keep creating from the heart."
