Aaliyah Letuma , who aspires to be a makeup artist, first used fashion design as a medium for her creativity. However, between the ages of 14 and 15, she fell in love with cosmetics and began experimenting with bold, colourful looks, such as elaborate patterns and brilliant eyebrows. Despite being unorthodox, these styles gave her the opportunity to unleash her creative side. Her passion for cosmetics grew along with her skill set, resulting in a distinctive look that captures her individuality. Aaliyah keeps developing her work by fusing her early passion for fashion with cutting-edge makeup techniques.

My switch to makeup artistry was driven by my fascination in fashion, which gave me the opportunity to experiment with creativity and self-expression. I use the colour theory, texture, and balance I learnt from fashion in my makeup ideas. To keep my work current and represent personal beauty, I also keep an eye on trends, taking inspiration from street style and fashion shows.

Her interest with bright colours and unusual styles served as the foundation for the creation of her distinctive cosmetics look. She was able to leave reality and enter her imagination every time she opened a colourful palette, which was like going into a trance. She experimented with dramatic styles like vibrant eyebrows and eye makeup that she previously thought were impossible because of this desire, which fuelled her creativity. She discovered how to accept her uniqueness by experimentation and practice, which allowed her to turn her creative dreams into a representation of her colourful personality.

She has seen a dramatic change in public opinion when she started experimenting with daring cosmetics at the age of 14. Bold makeup looks, which were once seen to be unorthodox or attention-grabbing, are now universally praised for their originality and individuality. Social media platforms have been essential to this development since they have fostered a variety of beauty standards and inspired people to embrace their individuality. More individuals feel free to experiment with bold hues and striking patterns these days, which reflects a wider embrace of individualism and personal flair in cosmetics.

As a makeup artist, she still finds it difficult to work with people, especially since she is expected to be proficient in a variety of techniques. These jobs are particularly difficult for her since, despite her love for what she does, she acknowledges that glam and beauty looks are not her typical emphasis. As she navigates various customer preferences and expectations, each job challenges her to improve her abilities. Although she isn't technically a beauty professional, I would kill to collaborate with Ratisupremacy because of her unwavering love for cosmetics. Since I still need to hone my abilities and work with other businesses, I don't think I've achieved my full potential or success yet. My skills will improve if I practise my editorial makeup methods. I can produce beautiful and inventive designs by expanding my knowledge of colour and efficiently visualising looks, which will ultimately help me reach new artistic heights.

It is quite beneficial to be active on all social media sites in order to stay up to date with instructions and trends. I still have a lot of time to study more and sort things out because I'm still young. It's fantastic because I can network and get fresh ideas, but it also has drawbacks. It can be difficult for me to be taken seriously at times since people sometimes think I'm just young and inexperienced. Nevertheless, I strongly believe in accepting the process of learning!
