Siamkelo, the Black King from North West, Potchefstroom, takes the world of fashion into his own world of creativity, as he introduces his creative space, Art Tree, which will open more doors for aspiring models, Photographers, videographers, art painters, face/body art painters and musicians. With a passion for creativity and community, Siamkelo is revolutionizing the fashion industry with his innovative approach to modeling and art.

"I've been in the industry for a while, and I realized that there was a need for a space where artists could come together and support each other," says Siamkelo. "Art Tree is that space – a place where everyone is equal and their own boss."

AFRICAN GLAMOUR TAKES CENTER STAGE

Get ready for Art Tree's upcoming fashion show, taking place on May 24th, 2025, at SnowFlake in Potchefstroom! This year's theme is African Glamour, where participants are invited to embody their African heritage with a touch of glamour. Expect a fusion of traditional wear, streetwear, and formal attire that celebrates the richness of South African culture.

"We want people to be free and drip their African vibes mixed with some glamour," emphasizes Siamkelo. "Remember, the theme is African Glamour – so we're mixing our South African style with a lil' bit of urban."

MEET THE DREAM TEAM

The esteemed judges for the fashion show include Miss Azanià Kgagudi, designer and founder of ZaniaCouture, and Miss Lee, founder of Lee Fashion House, Tlotlo lola one of the models. eastVaal motors will also be showcasing their latest brand cars at the event. And, of course, there's an amazing lineup of designers, including Cozziano, Regiven, ZaniaCouture, dripp boyy, Fwear collection, wearStudio, and RahRah to the world, to name just a few!

"I'm so excited to see the talent that's out there," says Miss Azanià Kgagudi. "I'm looking for someone who's confident, passionate, and true to themselves."

To all the aspiring models out there, Siamkelo has some valuable advice: be yourself, show confidence, and bring your A-game. Don't try to emulate someone else; instead, let your unique personality shine through. And who knows, you might just be discovered by one of the top modeling agencies that will be scouting for talent at the event!

"All I want to tell models is to be themselves," advises Siamkelo. "Don't try to walk like someone who you saw on TV. We're here to learn, so even if you're not selected for this particular show, I trust that we're not going to stop here."
